A local community service provider in Huntly is seeking a part-time support role to provide efficient customer-focused assistance to Council Services. Responsibilities include organizing Multi-Agency Planning Meetings and distributing relevant documentation. This position is flexible, working approximately 18.13 hours per week, and offers opportunities for growth within the educational sector. Candidates must have a reference from their recent employer and will undergo background checks as per regulatory requirements.
Provide efficient and effective, customer‑focused support to Council Services, working on an individual basis or collaboratively as part of a team.
This is a part‑time (18.13 hours per week) post currently worked across Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during term time, although there may be flexibility around the days of work.
The post is based at The Gordon Schools, Huntly but will also involve some travel to Cluster Primary Schools to attend meetings there.
The main responsibilities include the organisation and minuting of Multi‑Agency Planning Meetings for pupils across the Huntly Community School Cluster and subsequent distribution of the Record of Meeting and Young Person's Plan to the relevant Professionals involved.
