A prominent organization in the UK is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Chair of the Board. This part-time role requires 16 hours per week, ideally across four mornings. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, preparing meeting materials, and handling correspondence. A successful candidate will have previous experience as an executive assistant, strong organizational skills, and discretion in handling sensitive information. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO and Chair of the Board of Directors at Worcestershire County Cricket Club.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office, managing day-to-day responsibilities and facilitating high-level decision-making.

You will need to have the Right to Work in the UK or be able to obtain this by the start date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
This is a part time role working 16 hours per week. Ideally, this would be over 4 mornings each week. This role is office based.
The exact times of work can be varied depending on the candidate and needs of the business, but the Executive Assistant must be available to take minutes at the Club board meeting, held once per month and usually on a Monday afternoon.
This role will include working some occasional evenings and weekends during the busy Cricket season.
The salary for this role is £13,000 per annum.
