Looking for a role where you’ll be at the heart of operations at one of the UK’s most iconic venues? Aramark UK is seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join our team at Principality Stadium – home to world-class rugby, concerts, and unforgettable events.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support the smooth running of our hospitality and event operations. You’ll provide essential administrative support to the management team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and excellent communication across all departments.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the stadium management team
  • Manage documentation, data entry, and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with scheduling, staff rotas, and event coordination tasks
  • Handle internal and external queries promptly and professionally
  • Support finance processes including invoice tracking and purchase orders
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
You'll bring:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in hospitality or events (desirable but not essential)
