By connecting with residents, their families, friends, and colleagues, we gain a deep understanding of each resident's interests, abilities, and challenges, fostering active participation. We support the Head of Activities in orchestrating special events like garden parties, concerts, and excursions, always mindful of the budget and meticulous in our financial tracking. We aid residents in personal tasks such as letter writing, shopping, and reading, and encourage them to engage in their individual hobbies. Our commitment includes regularly refreshing and promoting the activities program within the village and the local community.**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:**Previous experience organising events, would be advantageous, especially if you have experience working with the elderly and/or vulnerable. Your positive attitude and energetic, humorous nature are key to inspiring residents.
