A leading insurance provider is seeking an Accounts Technician to manage operational objectives within the Credit and Collections team in Fareham. You will oversee offshore team support, addressing broker escalations, and driving improvements in credit control efficiency. Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving and coordination abilities, with proficiency in credit management processes and MS Office applications. The opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our award-winning Credit and Collections team based in Fareham on a fixed term contract until September 2026. The team are responsible for ensuring that Credit Control services are delivered seamlessly to our clients.
You will be responsible for the delivery of the operational objectives, primarily working with our Outsource Partner to ensure we deliver positive customer outcomes and a high-quality service.
