We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounts Advisory Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to play a key role in providing strategic financial guidance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, with a particular focus on managing and supporting clients within the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review of partnership and corporate accounts, and the associated tax computations, primarily for clients within the agricultural sector, ensuring accuracy and compliance prior to sign-off by the Director/ Partner.
  • Review of management accounts with detailed narrative commentary and bespoke reporting, tailored to meet the specific requirements of agricultural businesses and professionals.
  • Oversee and provide a competent bookkeeping service to agricultural clients, including assistance with day-to-day queries, addressing significant accounting issues, and supporting software and digital record-keeping solutions.
  • Manage client requests relating to HMRC, PAYE, and VAT matters within the agricultural portfolio, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and deadlines.
  • Advise agricultural clients on ad-hoc accounting, tax, and financial planning matters, offering proactive and commercially focused guidance.
  • Supervise a designated agricultural client portfolio, managing workflow, review of accounts, client meetings, invoicing, and ensuring all statutory deadlines are met.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within the agricultural sector, understanding their operational challenges and providing strategic financial insight to support business growth and sustainability.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Experience:
    • Good knowledge of income tax, corporate tax and VAT and the impact on accounts and the client’s overall affairs.
    • Knowledge of the statutory and technical aspects concerning a set of partnership, limited liability and limited company accounts.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Your exceptional presentation and communication skills enable you to convey complex information clearly and engagingly across all levels of the organisation.
  • Adaptability and Innovative Thinking:
    • You can adapt to changing business needs and have a flair for thinking creatively to solve educational challenges.
  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum qualification requirement will be ACCA/CA
