Celigo is looking for an Account Manager based in the UK who will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving success through strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a proactive, customer-centric professional focused on building long‑term partnerships.

What would you do if hired?

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular check‑ins and business reviews to assess needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a customer‑first mindset focused on satisfaction and trust.
  • Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver on assigned net‑new revenue, retention, and churn goals.

Account Expansion

  • Use customer insights and data to develop frameworks for demonstrating platform value.
  • Drive account growth through strategic engagement and storytelling.

Customer Advisory & Advocacy

  • Understand customer business processes and challenges.
  • Provide consultative guidance on how Celigo’s solutions can deliver impact.
  • Act as the customer advocate internally—championing their needs and success stories.

Renewal Management

  • Manage contract renewals to ensure high retention rates.
  • Proactively address issues that may impact satisfaction or renewal decisions.
  • Negotiate renewal terms aligned with both customer and company objectives.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Finance teams to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve products and services.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records and track key account metrics using Salesforce, Clari, and other tools.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.
  • Use analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement.
Who are we looking for?

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and build strong relationships. Approach with empathy and look at things from a customer's lens while doing what is right for the business.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong Salesforce skills. Familiarity with Clari (or related software) and understanding of integration solutions or related technology is a plus.

Education & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
