Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Source and deliver electronic components to customers worldwide.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing and terms to secure successful deals.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets through a driven, proactive approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Requirements
  • Prior sales experience is preferred but not essential – we welcome individuals eager to break into sales.
  • A driven, competitive, and motivated personality with a hunger for success.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in an additional language is a plus (except Polish, as this is already covered).
