A leading distributor in the beauty industry is seeking a Field-Based Account Manager to manage and develop salon accounts across the Reading, Oxford, and Guildford areas. This role involves building long-term relationships, introducing new products, and proactively opening new accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales or account management within the hair and beauty sector, possess strong organizational skills, and hold a full UK driving license. The position offers a strong basic salary with uncapped commission and opportunities for growth within a supportive culture.

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We continue to grow at a fast pace and are looking for a field-based Account Manager to look after and develop our salon partners across the Reading, Oxford and Guildford territory.
This is a hands‑on, field‑based role for someone who enjoys being out with customers, building real relationships, and making things happen.
You’ll take ownership of your territory, looking after existing accounts, growing them over time, and bringing new salons on board. You’ll be trusted to manage your area like it’s your own business, with the backing of a supportive and ambitious team behind you.
You don’t need to be corporate, but you do need to be target driven, professional, organised, and commercially switched on.
