We’re looking for a Fleet Service Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the central hub that keeps our service operations running smoothly. What you’ll do
  • Own the schedule – manage and coordinate daily schedules for our mobile service technicians.
  • Support the field – process parts requests and ensure technicians have what they need to get the job done right.
  • Keep customers informed – provide clear updates on timelines, lead‑times, and service expectations.
  • Maintain accuracy – update customer databases with current information and service details.
  • Bridge communication – serve as the link between customers, technicians, and department managers.
  • Support accounting – provide accurate maintenance contract billing information and prepare service invoices.
What we’re looking for
