We’re seeking a driven, intelligent, and proactive Account Executive to join our UK Sales team, focusing on sales of ourInvestment Suite. This high-impact role suits someone who thrives inconsultative sales and is keen to influence how real estate investmentmanagers, owners, and developers operate.

You’ll be responsible for developing a deep expertise ininvestment management, fund and loan structuring, and financialoperations—while mastering Yardi’s fast-evolving AI roadmap and communicatingmeasurable client value.

The successful candidate will go beyond transactional sales,acting as a trusted advisor to senior investment stakeholders and leadingclients through full sales cycles, from prospecting to technology adoption.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ownthe full sales cycle for Yardi Investment Suite, including InvestmentManager, Investment Accounting, Debt Manager, Acquisition Manager, amongstother relevant products for investment management firms.
  • Buildand strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers in yourterritory, focusing on investment managers, private equity and assetmanagers.
  • Understandclient requirements by engaging in strategic conversations, positioningYardi’s suite to deliver efficiency, transparency and ROI for investmentoperations.
  • Leadexecutive-level meetings and product demonstrations, matching solutions toclient needs with confidence and clarity.
  • Collaboratewith pre-sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure seamlessclient experiences throughout the lifecycle.
  • Maintainaccurate records of activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM platforms.
  • Stayup-to-date on Yardi’s rapidly expanding product suite, particularly new AIand data analytics capabilities; complete required certifications.
  • RepresentYardi at industry events and client meetings, virtually and in person.

What You Bring

  • 5+years of success in B2B SaaS sales, demonstrated by consultative,solution-selling experience.
  • Provenrecord in new business acquisition and direct engagement withdecision-makers at the senior investment management level.
  • Deepunderstanding of the sales cycle—prospecting, qualification, proposaldevelopment, demonstrations, and contract negotiation.
  • Experienceleading high-level product demonstrations, ideally focused on investmentmanagement technology.
  • Proficientin CRM systems with a track record of pipeline management and clientengagement accuracy.
  • Excellentcommunication, presentation, and negotiation skills; highly proactive andgoal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Willingnessto travel up to 50% and work from our London office as required.
