As well as new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory/product line. As our Account Executive at Viavi Solutions UK Limited, you will be a key contributor to our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and market share within your assigned territory. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong customer relationships, and leverage Viavi's innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients in the telecommunications and networking industries.**Duties & Responsibilities:**\* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and business objectives. \* Proactively identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities within the designated territory or account base. \* Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals. \* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer accounts. \* Conduct in-depth customer needs analysis and effectively position Viavi's products and services as solutions to their challenges. \* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales engineering, product management, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience and successful solution implementation. \* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals to prospective and existing clients. \* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and Viavi's product portfolio to maintain a competitive edge. \* Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain detailed records of sales activities in the CRM system. \* Represent Viavi Solutions UK Limited at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as required.**Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:**\* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience will be considered. \* Significant progressive experience in direct sales within the telecommunications, networking, or related technology industries. \* Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth. \* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and manage complex sales cycles. \* Strong understanding of telecommunications test and measurement solutions, network performance monitoring, or related technologies. \* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. \* Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. \* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite. \* Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory as needed. \* Valid UK driving license and passport.
