Responsibilities
  • Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention, growth, and profitability
  • Identify and deliver cross‑sell and upsell opportunities aligned to client goals
  • Lead performance reviews, ensuring transparency, insight, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and consistent client satisfaction
Requirements
