MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an FMCG organisation based in Greater Belfast who are seeking to recruit a Payroll Analyst on an 12-18 month contract basis.

The Role

Reporting to the HR Business Partner Daily Duties Include:

  • Processing multiple weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Collating timesheets, holiday entitlements, reconciling hours on a weekly basis
  • Coordination of timesheet processing and managing of the time & attendance
  • Processing of statutory payments
  • Coordinating new hire set ups, leavers, time and attendance entries
  • Ensure compliance with payroll processes
  • Other duties outlined on the job description
What You Need to Succeed?
  • End to end Payroll experience
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • CIPP Qualified is desirable
