This role is based in Ringwood, Hampshire and offers a base salary of £37,000 - £40,000 DOE + Profit Share.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and document technical solutions.


• Assist in transitions of solutions into live service.


• Provide 3rd line support services to internal and external stakeholders.


• Maintain communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar 3rd line role.


• Proven ability to implement, configure, test, and maintain technical infrastructure.


• Strong problem‑solving skills and proactive approach to technical challenges.


• Excellent knowledge of enterprise network technologies (switching, firewalling, routing, wireless).


• Committed to continuous learning and pursuing vendor certifications.


• Ability to follow and produce detailed technical documentation.


• Strong Communication Skills And Stakeholder Management Experience.
