• Experience as a 3rd Line or Senior IT Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Good understanding of networking and security.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex IT issues that cannot be resolved by 1st or 2nd Line support.
• Support and manage Windows servers and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot networking issues like firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
• Work closely with customers to resolve technical problems.

As 3rd Line IT Support Engineer in this forward‑thinking organisation, you will be passionate about technology development and have a hunger to solve problems while delivering an elite customer experience to an expanding user base. What you will do

• Handle complex IT issues that cannot be fixed by 1st or 2nd Line support
• Support and manage Windows servers, Microsoft 365, and cloud services
• Troubleshoot networking issues (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
• Work closely with customers to resolve technical problems
• Help improve systems, processes, and security
• Assist with IT projects such as upgrades and migrations
• Document solutions and share knowledge with the team
