2026 BNY Analyst Program - Engineering Data Science, Manchester. This 24-month analyst program offers rotational experiences designed to prepare you for your future career in engineering data science at BNY.

Responsibilities
  • Apply scientific methods to find solutions to real business problems.
  • Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and advanced methods to prepare and develop data-driven decisions.
  • Data mining using state-of-the-art methods and provide insights into observed business outcomes through analytics.
  • Perform data profiling to identify and understand data anomalies; automate data analysis and streamline analytical processes.
  • Provide recommendations based on data trends uncovered when possible.
  • Stay abreast of organization and management changes and maintain knowledge of company practices relevant to data science products.
  • Grow skills across machine learning, feature engineering, and advanced analytics with emphasis on computer programming, math and analytic methodology, distributed computing, and communication of complex results.

  • Role located in Manchester and part of the Engineering (Data Science) program.
  • Program includes high-priority project work across lines of business and exposure to senior leadership with peer mentorship.
  • Upon successful completion, opportunities for placement in high-impact roles across multiple functions.
Program Eligibility
