Are you a driven and ambitious Paid Media Manager looking for a dynamic opportunity within an expanding digital agency in Manchester?

Due to exciting new business wins, our client is looking for an established Paid Media Manager to become an integral part of their award‑winning team in Manchester.

As the Paid Media Manager, you will have the analytical skills to raise the standards of performance marketing; setting best‑practice, helping to expand channels, and using innovation to succeed in a competitive search and social landscape.

You will coordinate and deliver innovative paid media campaigns across a variety of dynamic accounts.

  • Strategise, implement and lead paid media activity, working closely with the Account Managers and Directors.
  • Being an expert point of contact for clients when needed.
  • Display the gravitas, communication, and presentation skills needed to lead client and team meetings.
  • Possess a strong analytical, strategic and ambitious approach.
  • Have ambition and courage to challenge the norm.

What you will bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of full‑funnel media strategy.
  • Confident with budget management, pacing and performance forecasting
  • Ongoing campaign optimisation using data, testing and insights
  • A team player who enjoys collaboration.
