• Experience working with children with additional needs in an early years setting.
• Knowledge of sensory needs and emotional regulation strategies.
• A genuine passion for making a difference in children’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support for children with different additional needs.
• Work with SENCO, room leader, and parents on individual learning plans.
• Promote children's independence and social interaction through play.
• Ensure children's emotional well-being and safety.
