Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, inspiring and innovative Lecturer in Art & Design to join our School of Creative and Service Industries on a fixed term part‑time contract. This role will focus on the delivery, development and coordination of our Level 3 Art & Design provision, ensuring high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment that enables students to explore, experiment and achieve their full creative potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery, development and coordination of Level 3 Art & Design provision.
• Design and delivery of a dynamic curriculum experience that reflects contemporary industry practice.
• Support learners to develop strong conceptual thinking, technical skills across a range of traditional and digital disciplines.
• Prepare students for progression to Higher Education, apprenticeships or employment within the creative and cultural industries.

Key Qualifications

• Strong Art & Design background.
• Experience or working knowledge of the wider creative fields such as Interiors, Fashion, Textiles, Illustration or other design‑focused disciplines.
