Product Management

The Fleet Manager Tribe Product Manager is responsible for building great mobility products for Fleet Managers by leading effectively his/her Tribe.

1. Execute our Mobility Product Strategy for the Edenred Mobility organization.
2. Contribute to defining the product vision for Edenred European Fleet Manager online platform.
3. Design the Tribe product roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.
4. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, customer excellence, and sales.
5. Prioritize product solutions to maximize business impact at the lowest development cost.
6. Own the product lifecycle from ideation to release and iteration.
7. Deliver high-quality product specifications through strong collaboration with business, tech, and product design teams.
8. Create and demonstrate a strong understanding of users and customers’ needs.
9. Conduct market and user research, identify opportunities, prioritize features development.
10. Work closely with product owners to manage delivery and be an owner of the quality of what they are building.
11. Monitor and optimize results through data analysis and feedback; iterate and improve.
12. Identify key internal stakeholders (Customer Excellence, Sales, etc.) and build strong relationships with them.
13. Communicate company-wide on the milestones achieved.
14. Be a team player within your tribe and within a Cross-European product organization.
15. Be accountable for results to achieve with a positive mindset, finding solutions efficiently and taking concrete decisions to move forward.

The Tribe Product Manager will interact with:

1. Customers (fleet managers) and their employees (drivers)
2. 3rd party system owners

1. 5 years work experience in a similar product management function in innovative companies (startups, scale-ups, or any tech-driven company).
2. Education: Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology.
3. Proficiency in the use of:
1. Agile Product management frameworks
2. Building a product strategy
3. User Research methodologies
4. Prioritization frameworks
5. Product tools: Atlassian suite, Figma, Product Management software
4. Demonstrating:
1. Strategic thinking
2. Strong product discovery and designing expertise
3. Experience running products along the lifecycle
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills with different stakeholders (external and internal) and different hierarchies
5. Ability to comply with processes and work effectively in a team
6. Positive mindset and leadership
7. Agile way of working
8. Be ready for transformation
9. Hands-on mentality
10. Experience in startups, scale-ups, or startup mode in a corporate environment is a plus
11. Understanding the usage of data and metrics to clearly define the impact from products
5. Languages required: excellent English, German is a plus, as is any other European language.

Location: Kleinostheim, or remote but at least bi-monthly in the office.
