Responsibilities

1. Assist in gathering and analyzing regional network construction needs.
2. Support the development of annual fixed asset investment and construction plans.
3. Aid in lifecycle coordination of construction projects, from feasibility studies to final acceptance.
4. Help manage internal processes for fixed asset projects in compliance with policies.
5. Maintain project documentation, asset records, and handover materials.
6. Ensure proper filing and reporting of project progress.
7. Assist in tracking equipment failures during maintenance periods and follow up on resolutions.
8. Provide administrative and logistical support to country-level construction teams.
9. Help coordinate initiatives between regional and national teams.
10. Support the execution of HQ Network Department directives within the region.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, EE, or a related field.
2. 1+ years of experience in construction coordination, project support, or network technology roles, also open to recent graduates with relevant internship experiences.
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin for professional communication, capable of German daily communication.
