Join our Customer Operations team and be at the heart of how we deliver seamless, data-driven service to our B2B clients. You'll directly support our Customer Success and Sales teams by improving efficiency, boosting data quality, and driving automation across our SaaS platform for SMBs.
What You'll Do
Take ownership of support cases and ensure great service for our small and mid-sized business clients
Keep our CRM data clean and complete – adding key contacts, updating profiles, and logging customer interactions
Contribute to onboarding journeys and marketing campaigns that support the full customer lifecycle
Spot repetitive workflows and help us automate them for a smoother customer experience
Partner with Sales to elevate our data quality and engagement strategies
You're studying Business, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field
You’re self-motivated, well-organized, and have a keen eye for detail
You’re excited about how modern CRM and automation tools can shape great customer experiences
Strong Excel skills; bonus points for HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
