• You are responsible for the continuous creation and monitoring of cost planning in complex construction projects, in close collaboration with the Construction department
• Specifically responsible for detailed planning and tracking of project cash flow for project financing, with active involvement of the Construction and Treasury departments
• Support in corporate controlling, including topics related to profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow
• Preparation and commentary on monthly and quarterly reports for projects and project subsidiaries.
• Participation in the planning of the project subsidiaries
• Contribution to business cases for new data centers, involving all relevant departments such as Sales and Operations
• Continuous development of reporting and controlling tools
• Independent execution of detailed financial analyses and targeted presentation of financial key figures

• Interest in the business model and a strong affinity for numbers
• Comfortable with both project details and higher-level financial reports, capable of switching between different perspectives and building connections
• Completed studies in economics, ideally with a focus on finance and controlling
• Solid experience in controlling, preferably in project and corporate controlling
• Expertise and enjoyment in using common office applications, especially Excel
• High social competence
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, combined with a hands-on mentality and communication strength
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is advantageous, as are skills in NSPB & SmartView, Thinkcell, and other supporting tools
