We are responsible for the management and optimization of PCK, MiRO and Bayernoil refineries as well as for the marketing and sales of mineral oil products.

Your profile

• Professional degree in IT or similar work experience (higher education)
• Extensive experience in SAP implementation / Application Maintenance
• Experience in S/4HANA is mandatory
• Deep understanding and strong skills in SAP FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling) and FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) including integration with the SAP modules like MM (Material Management) / SD (Sales and Distribution) / LE (Logistics Execution) / VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) by OpenText
• Knowledge of SAP IS-OIL Downstream (Oil & Gas) industry solution and its specifics would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solution by OpenText and its architecture would be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of ABAP language and ability to debug is highly appreciated
• Experience with offshore SAP Project delivery teams is highly appreciated
• PMP or PRINCE 2 foundation or equivalent certificate is highly appreciated
• Business fluency in English andGerman is a strong advantage

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the SAP Application Management
• Leading and developing a team of 5 SAP Application Managers
• Following the philosophy “you build it you run it” responsible for realising/implementation of SAP projects and their further maintenance
• Engaging with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and to ensure SAP solutions effectively support business operations
• Defining a strategy for SAP business application management
• Assessment of new SAP technologies and modules, and decision-making regarding necessary updates
• Leading and coordinating the SAP third-party team functionally
• Responsibility for the IT budget (e.g. licenses) in the SAP application area
