The role reports to the Country Manager, Canada with an annual base salary range of 200,000 - 235,000 CAD.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead the overall strategy and execution for the Injectable Aesthetics business to drive sustainable growth, market leadership and long-term value creation, aligned with overall company objectives* Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, and budget management* Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and training functions, with direct and indirect responsibility for up to 50 employees within the business unit.
