A leading agricultural service provider in Eston, Saskatchewan is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, develop business strategies, and manage resources. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of sales experience in agri-business and at least 2 years in a management role, as well as knowledge of crops, pesticides, and fertilizers. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the facility and promoting the company's products and services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible agri-business and/or other sales-based business experience.
• 2+ years of previous management experience.
• Experience with crops, pesticides, and fertilizers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Branch business plan.
• Direct all aspects and daily operations of the facility.
• Review and analyze progress towards sales forecasts and operational objectives.
• Manage all aspects of physical resources including maintenance and compliance.
• Manage and responsible for inventory and audits.
• Analyze capital requirements and provide recommendations.
• Liaise with customers and industry personnel to promote products and services.
• Responsible for invoicing, record keeping, and accounts receivable.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and manage the Branch business plan.
• Direct all aspects and daily operations of the facility
• Review and analyze progress towards the achievement of sales forecasts and operational objectives on a regular basis, and initiates action as required
• Manage all aspects of physical resources including maintenance and repair, compliance with industry and Nutrien Ag Solutions regulations and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment at the Branch
• Manage and responsible for inventory and audits.
• Analyze capital requirements and provide recommendations regarding capital budget needs
• Liaise with customers, supplies, division management and other appropriate industry personnel to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions products and services
• Responsible for and manage all invoicing, record keeping and accounts receivable in accordance with company policy

What you will bring
