With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create an unparalleled, direct impact.**Position Summary**The Nemolizumab Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the pre-launch, launch, and post-launch of Nemolizumab into the specialty dermatology market by managing and executing the marketing plan including the digital marketing plan. This role will collaborate with other members of the Therapeutic Dermatology business unit and cross-functional partners as the ongoing brand planning process continues and functional plans evolve. Collaboration with the other business units in Galderma Canada; finding opportunities to advance the integrated dermatology strategy (IDS) for Galderma.This is a hybrid position with three days on site at Galderma Toronto office and the annual base salary range is **118,000 to 141,000 CAD**.**Key Responsibilities*** Leads the development and implementation of the brand marketing and omnichannel marketing tactical plans based on customers/patients' needs in alignment with local & global marketing departments.* Develops, completes and executes the tactical plans within timelines and marketing budget. As well as, within the frame of compliance regulations.* Supports forecasting assumptions and ensure they are backed by data and in alignment with global process.* Collaborate with the DS, IA & TD teams to deploy sales and marketing strategies, and leverage Galderma’s integrated dermatology strategy* Evaluate and measure the performance of marketing tactics and make recommendations to optimize plans based on learnings from the market research, sales results, and field insights* Establish solid relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Dermatology, including professional organizations and help identify new opportunities to strengthen brand collaboration/recommendations* Identify and translate market trends and market research to create new ideas for professional pieces and communication* Seek financial improvements, including promotional mix, ROI on marketing and promotional expenditures.* Closely collaborate with Patient Experience to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives* Agency review, management, and onboarding* Localization of assets and management of MLR/PRC approval process* Manage and coordinate conferences to ensure Nemolizumab presence/activity* Collaborate across business units to execute integrated dermatology strategies that align with organizational objectives and leverage synergies.* Demonstrate honesty and integrity, and model behaviors consistent with Galderma’s Four Commitments, company standards and policies.* Demonstrate agility and adaptability in learning new technologies and business processes.* Perform other related responsibilities, as assigned, to support departmental and organizational objectives.**Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, required. Master’s degree is an asset.* 8+ years of healthcare marketing, specialty pharmaceutical or rare disease experience preferred* Dermatology experience is an asset* Experience with driving brand recommendation with share of mind with Dermatologists and/or allergists* Experience with marketing/digital marketing strategies* Proven ability to think strategically as well as execution of brand plans* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex customer & internal relationships* Strong communicator, both written and verbally with excellent presentation skills* Ability to multi-task under pressure* Ability to work both independently and with a team is ready to hit the ground running
