They are the leading Ice Cream manufacturer in India, UAE, & UK, urgently seeking a HOD / Sr. Production Manager (Ice Cream) in UAE.
- Age: 35-45 years
- Dairy / Food Technologist with 15-20 years of experience in a well-known ice cream brand
- At least 10+ years in a similar role (Factory In-charge / Production Manager)
- Hands-on management of all aspects of ice cream production: operations, process monitoring, maintenance, projects
- All-rounder in ice cream manufacturing, with a stable track record, aiming for long-term association
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience with new technology and latest methods in ice cream industry
- Mature, action-oriented, collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills
- Focus on operational excellence: productivity, quality, cost, safety, resource utilization, capacity planning
- Lead the entire production operations, strategic planning, and process improvements
- Ensure efficiency, quality standards, and cost savings
- Oversee troubleshooting, maintenance, and preventive measures
- Manage manpower planning and supervise staff
- Develop utility and consumable cost-saving plans
- Coordinate with maintenance for machine upkeep
- Monitor new product development activities
- Coordinate product launches and ensure quality and timely delivery
- Manage production and maintenance teams
