Our client is a professionally managed global conglomerate with traditional values of a 70-year-old family business, employing over 2000 people across various regions. They include ownership & management of a boutique hotel in Mumbai, banquets & catering services, India's largest ice-cream store chain, a recently launched low-calorie ice cream brand, and other sub-brands.

They are the leading Ice Cream manufacturer in India, UAE, & UK, urgently seeking a HOD / Sr. Production Manager (Ice Cream) in UAE.

Candidate Profile:

• Age: 35-45 years
• Dairy / Food Technologist with 15-20 years of experience in a well-known ice cream brand
• At least 10+ years in a similar role (Factory In-charge / Production Manager)
• Hands-on management of all aspects of ice cream production: operations, process monitoring, maintenance, projects
• All-rounder in ice cream manufacturing, with a stable track record, aiming for long-term association
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Desired Skills & Attributes:

• Experience with new technology and latest methods in ice cream industry
• Mature, action-oriented, collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills
• Focus on operational excellence: productivity, quality, cost, safety, resource utilization, capacity planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire production operations, strategic planning, and process improvements
