A CFD Forex Brokerage is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, providing strategic trading insights, and ensuring a high level of customer service to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, institutional investors, and key clients.
- Provide market insights and trading guidance to clients, ensuring they are well informed about market trends.
- Promote the company’s trading products and services while identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Work closely with sales and trading teams to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in the onboarding process and throughout the client lifecycle.
- Monitor client activity and provide proactive support to maintain long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in forex brokerage or client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of forex trading and financial markets.
- Proven sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high-value client relationships.
- Results-driven with a focus on client retention and revenue growth.
Location: Dubai, UAE
