We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Bellville, Western Cape!

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Level: Senior

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying

• Registered as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PRQS)

• Bachelor and/or Honors in Quantity Surveying from an accredited and internationally recognized university or institution

• Experience in guiding and mentoring Candidate Quantity Surveyors

• Strong working knowledge of project systems including APIC and PDS

• Ability to manage project teams and monitor performance against deliverables

• Familiarity with QA requirements, data benchmarking, and compliance.
