A nonprofit educational organization is seeking a Partner Engagement Coordinator based in the USA. This full-time role involves driving new business growth through strategic outreach to education partners, managing data in Salesforce, and supporting internal teams. Ideal candidates are self-starters with excellent communication skills and a passion for education. The position offers a salary between $60,000 and $70,000 per year, with remote work flexibility and comprehensive benefits.
Location: Remote, Flexible (USA based). Occasional travel up to 20% may be required.

The Modern Classrooms Project (MCP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that empowers educators to build classrooms that respond to every student’s needs. Founded by two award‑winning teachers, we lead a movement of educators in implementing a self‑paced, mastery‑based instructional model that leverages technology to foster human connection, authentic learning, and social‑emotional growth.
To date, we have reached over 70,000 teachers through our free online course and 20,000 teachers through our Virtual Mentorship Program from over 200 school, district, and state partners.
The Partner Engagement Coordinator will play a vital role in driving new business growth by identifying, researching, and qualifying prospective education partners. Reporting to the Senior Director of Partner Engagement, this position focuses on building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach and data management, and providing operational support to Partner Engagement Managers.
