This position coordinates the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources (HR) functions and duties within Saint Agnes Medical Providers (SAMP) and serves as an HR liaison with the Saint Agnes Medical Foundation (SAMF) colleagues, SAMF Credentialing, Payroll/Finance, and Saint Agnes Medical Center Medical Staff office. The incumbent works with the Human Resources Operations Consultant in some or all of the following functional areas: Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, compensation, training and development, health and welfare benefits, organization development, workers’ compensation, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of providers for Saint Agnes Medical Providers. This position also engages in diverse analytical support tasks, including data analysis, reporting, research and coordinating performance metrics to ensure smooth daily operations.
Pay Range $73,050 – $109,554
