As a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker within PNC's Business Banking organization, you will be based in the Lancaster, OH area.

PNC Business Bankers provide cash flow solutions to businesses with annual sales from $1 million to $5 million. As a trusted advisor in a fast-paced environment, you will leverage your business acumen to facilitate cash flow conversations with clients and prospects. You will manage the on-going sales cycle to optimize the cash flow of our business customers so they can achieve their goals. Targeted small business segments include Retail, Agricultural, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Wholesale, and Women in Business. You will develop and cultivate Center of Influence (COI) relationships to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives and work with internal services partners to on-board and expand the business portfolio.

Job Description
  • Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share according to relevant sales goals. Typically work with clients with basic levels of risk and complexity under higher supervision.
  • With direction, acquire/expand/retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet. Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients. Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
  • Identify client opportunities by understanding client needs and financial well-being to increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Build a network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients, expand existing clients, and enhance the client experience. Present the full range of PNC products and services and leverage reporting and sales tools to convert opportunities.
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk using credit fundamentals and internal policies.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $98,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
