JD Machine Corp. of Ogden, UT is seeking to hire a full-time Quality Inspector.

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $32.00/hr

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A Quality Inspector

Your eye for detail assists you as you check for quality and make adjustments to fixtures to ensure that the finished product will meet customer expectations. Job duties include

• Buying off plated parts and certs for Anodize, Paint, chem film, and various other types of plating and processing.
• Ensuring product meets blueprint requirements using various measuring and inspection techniques including micrometers, calipers, CMM, surface plate, optical comparator, etc.
• Completing paperwork per AS9100 requirements.
• Auditing product and procedures to the AS9100 standard.

Qualified candidates will

• Have at least 1 year of experience using inspection methods listed.
• Be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Be able to integrate communicate and work well with others in a team environment.
