Our team is looking for a Project Controls Manager to support the Project Director through the entire project lifecycle and establish / maintain the Project Controls System to execute projects within budget, schedule and scope.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in keeping project on budget and risk-safe
• Organize and integrate scheduling, cost control, risk management and document control functions
• Design and implement a project control system based on requirements
• Oversee EDMS and ensure documentation is maintained, structured
• Monitor, assess and report project performance against established baselines, identify deviations and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare and issue all required internal client reports

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
• 15+ years' progressive experience in Project Controls including planning, cost control, project management or related areas
• Experience with EPC or Offshore Construction projects
• Strong understanding of SAP, Primavera P6 and EDMS
• Proficiency with EDMS configuration, doc control workflows, and development of project reports
• Solid understanding of MOC tools
• Expertise in project analysis and reporting (S-curves, KPIs, productivity indicators, earned value)
