We are seeking a Patient Safety Specialist to join our ambulatory care team and advance our culture of safety, continuous improvement, and patient-centered excellence.

Position Summary

The Patient Safety Specialist will play a key role in supporting safety initiatives across ambulatory clinics and outpatient care settings. This individual will serve as a resource for patient safety best practices, coordinate safety reporting and analysis, and partner with clinical teams to prevent harm and improve outcomes.
