Excellent opportunity for a fellowship-trained, BC/BE Sports Medicine Physician to join a well-established team of specialists to serve an increasing patient base. 100% non-operative sports medicine with very minimal call. Hybrid role with a mix of office and walk-in clinic care, within the same building. Flexible hours. Opportunity for local community outreach.
Responsibilities
- Provide 100% non-operative sports medicine care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with specialists to manage a growing patient base and participate in community outreach as appropriate.
- Maintain very minimal call responsibilities.
- Work in a hybrid setting with office and walk-in clinic care in the same building.

- Full-time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $285,000-$335,178
- Range shown should be used as an estimate; additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives

Qualifications
- Education: Doctorate. Licenses/Certifications: Physician licensed to practice medicine in the current state.
- Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty; obtain and maintain medical staff membership and privileges.
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
- Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
