Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are upheld at all times. If you are an entrepreneur who wants to run your own restaurant, apply today!

Responsibilities
  • Enforce compliance with all employment policies, with assistance from the management team
  • Direct the work of the management team, including setting weekly management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers
  • Manage the performance of the management team, including conducting weekly directionals, performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Review applications, interview, and hire management and hourly employees
  • Provide ultimate oversight over all food, labor, and liquor costs
  • Ensure compliance with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Manage food costs, track waste, and control labor costs
  • Manage weekly and monthly P&L
  • Plan, prepare, and oversee weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories and budgets
  • Verify audit, ESF, daily Taste & Temp, and training standards are maintained
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Enforce appropriate security measures to protect employees and guests
  • Oversee incentive programs for management and hourly staff
  • Develop key employees and managers, including training in employment policies and practices
  • Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Act as primary liaison with store vendors and support center contacts
  • Maintain the restaurant culture and live our core values daily: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
