A leading healthcare company in Texas is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. The role incorporates financial reporting, model building, and strategic analysis of P&L results. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of finance experience and exceptional communication skills. The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will primarily focus on financial reporting and analysis for the Pharmacy Services (i.e. Caremark) segment. This role requires strong communication skills, along with a proactive mindset, as collaborating with colleagues throughout PS Finance will be a continuous endeavor.
The ideal candidate would work in a hybrid capacity within a CVS office location
In addition to the above qualifications, candidate must also have strong communication skills, a desire to foster relationships with key business partners and excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience is required.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
