Job description
Position Summary

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will primarily focus on financial reporting and analysis for the Pharmacy Services (i.e. Caremark) segment. This role requires strong communication skills, along with a proactive mindset, as collaborating with colleagues throughout PS Finance will be a continuous endeavor.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain financial models
  • Develop, refresh and improve presentations for leadership reviews
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all financial reports
  • Consolidate and strategically analyze P&L results
  • Manage FP&A calendar in conjunction with PS Finance colleagues
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Perform ad hoc reporting

The ideal candidate would work in a hybrid capacity within a CVS office location

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, and/or management consulting
  • 4+ years of intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

In addition to the above qualifications, candidate must also have strong communication skills, a desire to foster relationships with key business partners and excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Analysis for Office (AO) in Microsoft Excel
  • PBM experience
Education

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience is required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
