- Tendering and awarding of construction contracts in the field of modernization and maintenance of residential buildings (requesting bids, price comparisons/price surveys and cost controls, obtaining credit reports, preparing service specifications, awarding proposals using bid development, etc.)
- Tendering and awarding of company-wide unit price agreements (offer evaluation, independent unit price determination using iTwo, and follow-up with business partners)
- Preparation of cost target/actual comparisons for major projects in the field of technology
- Preparation of construction progress reports for project management by technical project managers in the SmartSheet project management system ( )
- Tendering and awarding of architectural and engineering services in accordance with HOAI or AHO
- Supporting project managers in evaluating additional services within the scope of project implementation ( )
- Completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable commercial training, ideally with further training in purchasing, construction engineering, or economics
- Several years of professional experience in the construction or real estate industry as well as in the technical purchasing of construction services
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with tendering tools such as iTWO, ARRIBA, as well as SAP and Smartsheet skills
- Knowledge in the field of awarding architectural and engineering services
- Structured, independent, and analytical approach to work
- High motivation to perform, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and goal- and results-oriented approach to work
