A healthcare services company located in Salem, Oregon, seeks a Consultant, Sales Compensation Administrator. This role involves the administration of sales compensation plans, the maintenance of commission data, and collaboration with sales teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and preferably 5 years of business experience with strong analytical and communication skills. Rewards Architecture is responsible for designing, developing and administering sales compensation and reward/recognition architecture that attracts, retains and motivates sales teams to drive superior performance and results that align with business strategies.
The Consultant, Sales Compensation Administrator is responsible for the monthly and quarterly administration of our sales compensation plans. They will also be responsible for maintaining all the commission administration data that is used for ad hoc reporting and quarterly reporting for senior leadership, as well as building modeling to articulate impacts on sales compensation and design decisions. They also serve as the point of contact for all our sales teams if they have questions about sales incentives.
Anticipated salary range: $66,500 - $99,645
