This role involves data management and coordination with internal teams to ensure all merchant accounts are properly registered and compliant with global payment network rules. Analyst I serves as SME in PCI DSS compliance and supports internal stakeholders on related queries. Analyst I is responsible for supporting the Persistent Merchant Monitoring process, review and clear or remediate G2 content alerts. ### ****Key Responsibilities***** Process End-to-end merchant registrations for schemes.* Data Validation: Review merchant documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission to the schemes.* List terminated merchants on the VISA [VMSS] and Mastercard [MATCH].* Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to ensure data integrity and scheme requirements.* Persistent Merchant Monitoring: Review and clear or remediate G2 content alerts* Maintain reporting trackers, documentation, and standard operating procedures.* Assist with ad-hoc analysis and management information requests.* Learn and apply card scheme rules, internal controls, and compliance standards.* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.### ****Skills & Competencies***** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* High attention to detail and accuracy.* Good numerical and data-handling skills.* Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups; pivots an advantage).* Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.* Willingness to learn and develop within a regulated environment.* Strong team player who collaborates effectively, communicates clearly and respectfully, fostering a trust-based and inclusive team environment.****Bring all of you to work****We create the conditions for high performers to thrive – through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver.
