A charitable organization is seeking dedicated individuals to support vulnerable young people aged 11 to 18. This role involves overseeing individual and group work, assessing family needs, and providing tailored support. Candidates must possess an open-minded, non-judgemental character and are required to have a driving license. Additionally, participation in flexible rotas will include evening and weekend support. This position offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families across the UK.
Contract/Hours: Permanent / Full Time – 37 hours per week and Part Time – 22.2 hours per week - Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with a requirement for occasional out-of-hours support.

The Gael Og Intensive Support Service supports young people aged 11 to 18 and their families through a mix of one-to-one sessions, group work, parenting support, and family-based interventions. We focus on building strong, trusting relationships and offer intensive support during times of crisis or challenge.
Our service has two main aims:
We work alongside families to offer practical and emotional support, helping both parents/carers and young people find coping strategies to manage difficult situations. This approach helps families find their own solutions by bringing stability to the home and improving the families wellbeing.
Our goals are to support young people and their families through therapeutic, tailored interventions that promote positive outcomes and prevent the need for alternative care placements. We do this by working in partnership with other agencies, understanding individual levels of need, and providing consistent, structured support.
