Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness across the workshop, offices, and yard.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling, including bin emptying and sorting.
• Clean equipment and work areas using sweeping, power washing, and other methods.
• Carry out general odd jobs as directed by the Branch Manager or Workshop Foreman.
• Assist with vehicle collection and delivery when required.

We're looking for a reliable and proactive Yard Operative/Handyman to join our busy commercial vehicle workshop in Broxburn.

THE ROLE

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, organised, and running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for general yard duties, workshop and office cleaning, and occasional vehicle collection and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness across the workshop, offices, and yard.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling, including bin emptying and sorting.
• Clean equipment and work areas using sweeping, power washing, and other methods.
• Carry out general odd jobs as directed by the Branch Manager or Workshop Foreman.
• Assist with vehicle collection and delivery when required.
