Qualifications

• Proven experience in the powered access or plant hire industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEWPs or Plant Equipment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support workshop engineers and apprentices.
• Plan and allocate work to meet operational deadlines.
• Oversee PPMs, LOLER inspections, and repairs on powered access equipment.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, LOLER, PUWER, and company H&S procedures.
• Liaise with operations and hire teams to maximise fleet availability.
