Our Marketing team operates across multiple UK locations, so some travel may be required.We’re looking for a proactive and creative Workplace Communications Manager to support the Head of Workplace Communications in developing and delivering channel-specific marketing strategies. This role is key to ensuring compelling, compliant, and effective communications that engage advisers, employers, and customers.**Key Responsibilities include:*** Understand channel audience needs to create engaging content across all stages of new business acquisition and retention.* Lead marketing projects to improve communications (web, podcasts, campaign data).* Contribute to annual marketing plans and maintain a rolling monthly activity plan.* Develop and deliver marketing communications projects within agreed timescales and budgets.* Liaise with business stakeholders to agree where communication support should be prioritised.* Oversee creation of effective, compliant content across multiple media channels.* Manage allocated budgets, track effectiveness, and ensure adherence to brand standards.* Complete invoicing and purchasing processes accurately.* Evaluate and report on campaign performance, providing insights for future improvements.* Ensure all communications meet regulatory requirements and conduct risk standards.* Oversee expiring content and manage assets via the content production team.**We’d love to hear from you if you have:*** Strong copywriting skills, especially for digital media.* Good understanding of brand guidelines and tone of voice.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Proven project management experience, including cross-functional team leadership.* Knowledge of financial services and regulatory requirements.* Experience managing budgets and delivering marketing plans.* Ability to balance customer needs, compliance, and cost efficiency.* Strong analytical skills for measuring and reporting campaign success.* We’re serious about your future and our enhanced pension scheme is now in place. We ask you to contribute 3% of your salary to your pension and we’ll put in 9%.
