Responsibilities

• Accountable for the portfolio’s functional, business, and financial performance of Downstream Chemicals products portfolio, specifically water treatment chemicals (cooling water, boilers, and wastewater treatment plants).
• Leads global portfolio management, and is responsible for executing strategy, product portfolio optimization, and lifecycle.
• Collaborates with sales & commercial, and marketing to deploy the strategy for both established and new products.
• Delivers business growth through New Product Introduction (NPI), Advanced Technology Development, Service, and Productivity initiatives.
• Represents the organization in outside discussions, customers, and technical forums.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have more than 8 years of operations experience in Downstream Water Treatment technology, products, applications, and services related to cooling water, boilers, and wastewater treatment plants.

Bachelor's degree in engineering/science discipline or higher academic degree and 8+ years of cross-functional, sales and operations, and/or technology leadership experience. Minimum 5+ years' experience in sales, operations, technology, or technical support. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program, Project, or Product Management.
