We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our GBE-N Warrington office and managing the engagement with the other occupiers and the building management team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace, health and safety compliance, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive and welcoming environment. You'll be dealing with an office that spans two floors of our building and multiple requests for assistance every day, you'll need to be a practical problem solver with the ability to prioritise as you go.
The position operates on a compressed work week, offering extended hours across four working days (Monday to Thursday). The successful candidate may be required to undergo SC Clearance in the future.
