We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join us.

We are offering a salary of up to £30,500 depending upon skills and experience plus an excellent range of company benefits.

The Warranty Administrator plays a key part in the relationship management between the dealership, customer and the manufacturer.

The main duties of the role include:

  • Checking claims submitted by the sites.
  • Submitting Warranty to the required manufacturer standards.
  • Ensuring the submission of all invoiced jobs and assisting the Accounts department in the reconciliation of the Warranty payments.
  • Dealing with rejected Warranty claims.

For this role it is desirable that you have experience of working within the motor industry, whether it be in warranty or service. It is beneficial to have experience using Kerridge.

You will need to be organised, efficient, with a keen eye for detail and have the ability to work within specified guidelines.
